JOB PURPOSE: The Major Gifts and Planned Giving Manager position will lead the Playhouse’s planned giving strategy while managing a select portfolio of major gift prospects. This role is responsible for building a sustainable legacy pipeline, deepening long-term donor relationships, and securing future commitments that support the Playhouses’ artistic and community impact for future generations.

This position requires a thoughtful and mature, relationship-driven fundraiser who is comfortable discussing legacy intentions, alighting donor values with the Playhouses’ mission and values and working collaboratively with the Individual Giving team and leadership. This position will also serve as a liaison to the planned giving community including wealth managers, tax advisors and estate attorneys.
